You need to be in good health and able to hike for 3-4 hours, with lots of stops along the way. Desire is more important than fitness, but we have shorter walks for those that don’t want to hike to the top of Table Mountain. Enquire about our Lion’s Head sunset walks here.
Yes! Many of our routes are suitable for beginners. Your guide will choose a trail that matches your fitness and comfort level.
